Eligibility Criteria for

B.Sc Nursing Admission

To ensure you’re ready for the academic and professional demands of the nursing field, candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 17 years of old at the time of admission.

Educational Qualifications

You must have completed 10+2 / Higher Secondary with a background in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).
A minimum of 45% aggregate marks in PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) is required.
You must have individually passed English as a subject.

Alternative Pathways

Candidates who have completed their higher secondary education through:

A State Open School recognized by a State Government, or
The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) under the Central Government are also eligible, provided they meet the above academic criteria (45% in PCB and pass in English).

English Proficiency

English must be one of the subjects studied and passed at the 10+2 level.

Medical Fitness Requirement

All applicants must be medically fit to undertake the nursing program and future clinical practice. A medical certificate from a registered practitioner will be required at the time of admission.

Admission Schedule

Student intake occurs once in every academic year.

Applications typically open between May and July.

Interested candidates are encouraged to apply early due to limited seats.
